At Healing Blue Therapy, we provide comprehensive psychological evaluations to support individuals in their immigration journey. These evaluations are designed to document the psychological impact of hardship, trauma, or persecution and serve as essential evidence in immigration cases.

We carefully assess the psychological and emotional impact that separation or relocation would cause. Our evaluations demonstrate the severe hardship individuals or families would face if separated or forced to leave the United States.

Domestic Violence (VAWA) Cases
For survivors of domestic violence, we provide compassionate evaluations that highlight the psychological effects of abuse, including PTSD, depression, and anxiety. These assessments are tailored to support VAWA cases and help victims establish eligibility for immigration relief.

U Visa Cases
We conduct thorough evaluations for victims of qualifying crimes. Our reports document the emotional and psychological consequences of the crime and highlight the ongoing need for protection and presence in the United States.

Asylum Cases
For asylum seekers, we provide evaluations that detail the psychological trauma caused by persecution, violence, or threats in their country of origin. These evaluations often include conditions such as PTSD, anxiety, and depression, supporting the legal claim for protection.
Fees & Payment Options
FEE
There’s a $100.00 USD non-refundable scheduling fee.
You can choose to pay the outstanding fee of $900.00 upfront at the time of the first evaluation appointment or you can choose the following payment plan
First Evaluation Appointment $500.00
Second Evaluation Appointment $400.00
Fees are payable in full or in accordance with the payment plan set above.
If the evaluation is time-sensitive, there is subject to an expedited fee of an additional $500.00.

Cash/Credit Cards/Debit Cards are accepted. At this time, personal checks or money orders are not accepted.
